Mazda continues to establish itself as an industry leader when it comes to the depth and luxury of its lineup. The all-new 2020 Mazda CX-30 compact crossover made its world premiere in March at the 2019 Geneva International Motor Show, giving Mazda one of the most expansive and comprehensively impressive utility vehicle lineups going today.
The new Mazda CX-30 slots between the Mazda CX-3 and the Mazda CX-5. It carries forward the luxurious ethos of the CX brand, mingling Mazda’s philosophies of KODO: Soul of Motion and Jinba ittai with the design philosophy of “charge and release.” This likens the 2020 Mazda CX-30 to a single brush start that plants firmly at the front tires and flows backward, releasing energy at the lift of the brush and energizing the driver.
“We, at Mazda, endeavor to take the beauty of our cars to the level of art,” said Mazda CX-30 Chief Designer Ryo Yanagisawa. “We are pursuing Japanese beauty, which is called ‘Beauty by Subtraction.’ By eliminating excess, we will emphasize simple, rich, and beautiful forms.”
Beyond its breathtaking look, both inside and out, the 2020 Mazda CX-30 will ride on the next-generation SKYACTIV-VEHICLE ARCHITECTURE platform and incorporate a variety of engine options, including the SKYACTIV-X engine, as well as the M Hybrid mild hybrid system. Expect more details on this incredible crossover as they come, including when you can expect to see one in the Atzenhoffer Mazda showroom. In the meantime, stop by and check out the Mazda CX-3 while they are in stock!
