With the 2020 Mazda CX-30 earning praise for its dynamic performance and bold styling, it’s no surprise that the automaker is introducing more updates to this successful model for the 2021 model year. Here are just some of the updates you can expect on this classy crossover.
The base trim of the 2021 Mazda CX-30 will now come standard with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ smartphone compatibility, letting you access your messages, navigation, and entertainment through the Mazda infotainment system with minimal distractions.
The 2021 Mazda CX-30 Select trim gained a suite of new features, including dual-zone climate control, leather-wrapped interior accents, and synthetic leather seats. This trim level also adds keyless entry, rear-cross traffic alert, blind-spot monitoring, and 18-inch alloy wheels. The new model year also welcomes a power sunroof on the 2021 Mazda CX-30 Preferred version.
At the time of writing, the new Premium trim will cost $350 more than the previous model year. But it’s a small price to pay considering that the 2021 Mazda CX-30 Premium includes luxury features like a power liftgate, leather seats, and a 12-speaker Bose® premium sound system.
Not everything is new about the Mazda CX-30 for the 2021 model year. This crossover will still have a 186-horsepower SKYACTIV®-G 2.5-liter engine, i-ACTIVSENSE® safety suite, and available i-ACTIV AWD® all-wheel drive.
